Members of St Ives Swimming Club have had an epic run of results at recent competitions in Luton and Fenland.
On March 2, 25 swimmers from the club competed in the Harpenden Frantic 50's competition.
The swimmers battled it out in an 50m Olympic size swimming pool with great success, bringing home gold medals and achieving some of their best swims.
Edie Lewis and Tate Taylor won bronze in the 50m butterfly, with Bertie Titheridge taking the win for the team and bringing home a gold medal in the 50m butterfly.
In the 50m backstroke category, Tate Taylor won a bronze medal as well as a bronze in the 50m breaststroke.
Bertie Titheridge also took home a bronze in the 50m Breasttroke, while Tom McNeill won Gold.
In the 50m Free competition, Edie Lewis and Lois Cannon won bronze, and Tate Taylor and Bertie Titheridge won gold.
Over the weekend from March 9-10, a small group of swimmers attended the Putteridge Level One Open Meet, which was again at the 50m Luton pool.
Oliver Dickson, Bertie Titheridge, Maya New, Tessa Quayle, Emily Quayle and Chloe Butler all swam superbly in events from 50m Freestyle right through to the 200m Breasttroke and 200m Butterfly.
The team faced heavy competition from across the country, but they all recorded lifetime best swims as well as some regional qualifying swims.
Chloe Butler won silver in the Open Female 200m butterfly, while Tessa Quayle dug deep and took silver in the 50m and 100m breaststroke.
Over the same weekend, St Ives Juniors began their campaign in the first round of the Junior Fenland League at Mildenhall, against West Norfolk, Mildenhall and Thetford.
The final results were: West Norfolk (134 points), St Ives (130 points), Thetford (97 points) and Mildenhall (70 points).
St Ives Juniors achieved 16 first places, 14 second places, and 10 third places.
