The Winter Series 2 was held at Ely Golf Club in preparation for the county season.
In testing conditions, scoring was tough, but Oliver Toyer, from St Neots, won the U21 prize going out in 38 and coming back in 38 for a 76.
In second place on countback with 74 was Danny Loveday and third was Luke Ryan.
Also in with a 74 was home talent Matt Pearce, from Ely, who won the series coming back in 36 shots.
"Thanks go to Ely Golf Club for presenting the course in excellent condition considering the recent rain we had," said Graham Goodman from Cambridgeshire Golf Ltd.
The winter series moves onto Gog Magog Golf Club on Sunday, January 14.
