Swimmers from St Ives Swimming Club (SISC) are celebrating more medal success following a successful outing at the Midsummer Madness Meet in Norwich ahead of the summer break.
Sixteen SISC swimmers travelled to Sportspark at the University of East Anglia for the City of Norwich Swimming Club's meet between July 8-9, taking home six medals.
Head coach at SISC, Andy Hunter, said all the swimmers swam "magnificently" with many of them attaining new lifetime best swimming times.
Chloe Butler won gold in the 200m and 100m breaststroke events, Antoni Zhurbenko- Saczawa won bronze in the 200m Individual Medley and the 100m and 50m breaststroke events, with Tessa Quayle winning bronze in her 100m breaststroke event too.
The meet marked the penultimate competition of the season for SISC with only the English National Swimming Championships to go, where the number 11 ranked Chloe will compete in the 200m breaststroke event.

Andy said: "It has been an outstanding season of swimming for the Club, and all the swimmers, parents, committee, helpers, volunteers and coaches are looking forward to a well-deserved break and to prepare for the Autumn/Winter season."
Many of the younger SISC swimmers were competing in a 50m pool for the first time and had a proper taste of competitive swimming with more than 12 other clubs competing, including Wisbech, Great Yarmouth and East Leeds.
Taking part alongside Chloe, Antoni, and Tessa was Finley Terry, Jack Ballester, Remi Curliss, Maria Zhurbenko- Saczawa, Maja Kurkiewicz, Bertie Titheridge, Lexi Harrison, Toby Jones, Ollie Dickson, Emily Quayle, Elizabeth Ballester, Hannah Pye and Zara Sparkes.
