St Ives driver Scott Bugner has made a great start to his campaign in the Lancaster Insurance MG Owners Club Championship by making it three wins out of four in the motor racing competition.
Bugner headed into round two at Snetterton Motor Racing Circuit in Norfolk on May 14, full of confidence, having won both his races and setting the fastest lap in both during the previous round.
Taking part again in two twenty-minute races, qualifying went well, and Bugner was in pole position ahead of current Champion Steve McDermid.
The first twenty-minute race got underway, and McDermid took the lead, with Bugner in a close second place challenging for the lead.
McDermid though had managed to push himself into an unassailable lead, with Bugner coming in two seconds behind him in second place.

The second race took place later in the day, and again from the start, it was McDermid that took the lead, but this time Bugner did not let him get away and stuck with him.
The pair disputed a close battle for the lead, trading positions before Bugner regained the lead on the final lap to win by just under a second and make it three wins from four at the start of the season.
The next round of the championship moves to Castle Comb and will take place on June 11.
