A member of Huntingdon Gymnastics Club has placed second overall in the Irish National Championships.
Nial Hooton, 19, travelled to the National Sports Centre for the Irish National Series in Dublin from May 20-21.
Following his success in the junior category in 2022, this year, Niall competed in the senior category and took the all-around silver medal.

Niall also won gold on rings and vault, silver on parallel bars and high bars and bronze on the floor and pommel horse.

Niall now prepares along with his Huntingdon Gymnastics Club teammates for the British Team Championships in three weeks.
