Saints took an early lead through a McMorris reverse strike, with Hugh Wilson eventually doubling the lead after they had squandered numerous chances.
As the game neared halftime, Saints conceded their first short corner to the hosts, who duly punished them to make it 2-1 at the break.
Despite the Bourne keeper frustrating St Neots in the second period, McMorris scored a double to secure the win and a hat-trick.
A fifteenth game without loss and other results going their way means promotion looks almost certain for St Neots, who now need one point from their final two games.
