St Ives Cycling Club finished strongly in the final Eastern Cyclo-Cross League race meet of the season with a best finish for young rider Charlie Coad-Bell.
Seven men and two women competed in the West Suffolk Cross in West Stow Country Park on February 5 to see off the season in style in round 12 of the league.
Charlie, 15, was the outstanding performer and continued to show how good he is with a second-place finish in the youth race, only 20 seconds behind the winner.
