Police were called to a Huntingdonshire park on Monday after reports of an offensive weapon.
Officers attended Judith's Field Recreation Ground on London Road, Godmanchester, following an altercation between a group of youths.
A spokesperson for Cambridgeshire Police confirmed there were no injuries.
They said: "We were called at about 2pm yesterday (October 28) with reports of an altercation between some youths at Judith’s Field Recreation Ground, London Road, Godmanchester.
"One youth was said to have an offensive weapon. Officers attended the scene.
"An extensive search was carried out, but nothing was found."
