Volunteers from St Ives have been declared national winners in the Britain in Bloom competition.
St Ives in Bloom, who attended the Royal Horticultural Society Britain in Bloom finals at Old Trafford, Manchester, on Monday, October 21, won the national award for the large town category, also receiving a gold award.
Judges praised the "strength of the St Ives community input" in their decision to grant the award.
