Three men have been charged in connection with the thefts of high-powered keyless cars across Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire.

Osvaldas Milius, 27, of Overland Mews, Stanground, and Kornelijus Girdeika, 25, of Welbourne, Werrington, were arrested by detectives in Peterborough on Wednesday night (9 October).

Mindaugas Savickas, 33, of Lincoln Road, Millfield, was arrested yesterday morning (Thursday).

All three men have been charged with conspiracy to steal 22 vehicles from Peterborough, Huntingdonshire and Skegness between 10 April and 6 September this year.

Milius has also been charged with breaching a deportation order.

All three men appeared at Cambridge Magistrates’ Court today (Friday) and have been remanded in prison ahead of their next court appearance - at Cambridge Crown Court - on November 8.
