Three new information boards have been installed in Tilbrook.
The boards were created by Tilbrook Parish Council and funded by a Huntingdonshire Futures grant from Huntingdonshire District Council.
They feature various walking routes ranging from 3km to 9km, showcasing scenic landscapes including rivers, villages, and woodlands.
This initiative aligns with the Huntingdonshire Futures grant scheme's aim to improve the quality of life across the district.
The scheme has provided £40,000 in funding, supporting 28 community groups, local organisations, and town and parish councils.
Democrats, Cllr Sarah Conboy, said: "As a council, we are thrilled to support Tilbrook Parish Council in delivering these new information boards, which will help both residents and visitors enjoy the area's natural beauty.
"This project embodies the spirit of the Huntingdonshire Futures grant scheme—enhancing our communities and making the district a better place to live, work, and explore.
"We are proud to see the positive impact this funding continues to have across Huntingdonshire."
Chairman of Tilbrook Parish Council, Cllr Paul Wilcock, said: “Tilbrook Parish Council have been looking to improve facilities within the small village which lies close to the county tripoint of Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire & Northamptonshire.
"Over the past 2 years we have worked hard to put together various walking & cycling routes which we hope villagers & Huntingdonshire residents will be able use as a guide to enjoy the wonderful countryside which we are lucky to have on our doorstep.
“Walks of 40 minutes up to 2 hours are on offer & all abilities should be able to find a suitable route whilst cyclists will be encouraged to peddle the 4 routes available from 7 miles up to 17 miles taking in all 3 counties.”
"We look forward to seeing walkers and cyclists out and about enjoying the Huntingdonshire countryside."
