Komodo Fireworks, the company behind the much-loved Huntingdon Fireworks display, have confirmed an exciting change of plans for 2024.

This year, the fireworks display will be held in Abbots Ripton on the grounds that the Secret Garden Party use for their festival.

Komodo Fireworks made the decision to move the display away from Huntingdon Racecourse as the new land will offer a, "larger and more fun night".

There will also be two different displays this year, both of which will be in time to music.

The fireworks will be held on November 2 this year. The night will kick off with a traditional bonfire, followed by a children's display.

The display for younger ones will be quieter and choreographed to well-known children's music. After that, the main display will take place which is set to be "amazing".

A spokesperson for Komodo Fireworks said: "Having moved from the racecourse, which has very limited scope for a bigger display and the added restriction of a SSSI (Site of Specialist Scientific Interest), we can now really showcase our work!"

There will also be a funfair and food and drink vendors at the display.

Early bird tickets are on sale now as well as advanced tickets. They are available to buy on their website which can be accessed by clicking here.

Komodo Fireworks will once again be supporting the Magpas Air Ambulance Charity at the display, and Magpas representatives will be at the event.
