Police are cracking down on illegal parking in two Huntingdonshire towns following a number complaints from residents.
Officers issued fixed penalty notices to a number of drivers parked illegally in St Neots and St Ives this week.
Poor parking has been highlighted as an issue across the district, particularly in St Neots and St Ives where illegal parking has restricted access for pedestrians and other road users.
A spokesperson for Cambridgeshire Police said: "It’s an issue that's been raised by local people and officers on patrol are taking action.
"We’re committed to listening to people’s concerns and tackling those issues that are people’s highest priorities."
