St Ives Rowing Club juniors finished second in the Victor Ludorum over the 1000 metre course at the Peterborough Junior Championships.
Lily Margot and Zeren Ozcelik were first in their heat and were the fastest by nine seconds of the 22 entries.
They won a medal in the final in WJ14 doubles, beating Nottingham & Union, Peterborough and St Mary’s School.
Jack Bothamley and Daniel Corbett finished first in their heat and were the fastest of the 19 entries in Op J15 doubles.
They led from the start in a close final beating two crews from Windsor Boys School and City of Cambridge with only four seconds between all four crews taking the gold medal.
Jack and Daniel in the afternoon both raced in Op J15 single. Daniel was in the yellow group and finished first in his heat and was the fastest of the 13 other boys.
He won the final by five seconds, beating City of Cambridge, Mossbourne and Leeds RC.
Jack was in the blue group and won his heat comfortably and was second overall by just 0.3 seconds to a Bedford Modern School sculler.
In the final, Jack led to the half way point then the Bedford lad started to pull back and take the lead, in the final push for the finish Jack managed to get the win by just 0.2 seconds.
Last up was Amy Dolby and Millie Jeffery racing in WJ 15 doubles they had a good battle with the girls from Lea RC in their heat finishing in third place and sixth overall.
In the B final, they found the pace hard and finished fourth.
