A cycleway and footway at Caxton Gibbet in Huntingdonshire will be shut until 2027.
The cycleway and footway sit just north of the roundabout and are on the way to Caxton Gibbet. But, in order for National Highways' work to continue, they need to shut both paths.
Both will be closed until 2027 when a new route will open in the spring. In the meantime, a diversion will be put in place.

The diversion will be running from Monday, July 8. It will run eastward along the A1198 Ermine Street, avoiding worksites, and will re-join the road at Brockley Road.
National Highways estimates that it will add an extra five minutes on a cyclist's journey, and an extra 15 minutes on a walker's journey.
