St Ivo Academy in St Ives, which is part of the Astrea Academy Trust, has received a new Ofsted rating.
In the latest report, the school was rated 'Good' in every category in the inspection, which was carried out in April.
It had previously been rated as 'Requires Improvement', but the new inspection has said that "positive changes" had made the school a "better place".
The report found that "pupils learn well" at St Ivo, and that this was shown in "the strong performance in GCSE examinations."
With regards to the dynamic between students and their teachers, the report found that St Ivo pupils "have positive relationships with their teachers" and "know that teachers want them to achieve their best".
The Ofsted inspectors had high praise for students, who they described as "polite and respectful, who place high value on each other's individuality" Lessons in the school were also described as "calm, and learning is uninterrupted."
The report found that the curriculum for special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) pupils is "broad and ambitious".
Sixth form students "value the expertise" of their teachers and the "quality of instruction".

On behaviour, Ofsted inspectors found that the school "has high expectations of how pupils should conduct themselves" with a new approach to behaviour at the school.
The inspectors also found that many parents and carers are "happy with the school and the experiences of their children", and credited the school for taking parent, pupil and staff views seriously.
Particular praise was given to the school's personal development programme and the "Astrea Reads" programme, which gives pupils a chance to engage with different stories.
