Plans have been submitted to Huntingdonshire District Council to turn The Millers Arms Pub, in Eaton Socon, into a home.
The pub, which is currently closed, had a host of owners during its time.
However, it has now been sold through Sidney Phillips, who specialise in the sale of pubs, a spokesperson for the estate agents confirmed.
The plans have been validated by Huntingdonshire District Council and were submitted by James Collins.
The status of the application is "in progress".
