Audley End Miniature Railway is inviting families to celebrate mums and grandmas over Mother's Day weekend.
Following a winter break, the miniature railway is opening up on March 9 and 10 for families to enjoy the daffodils and spring blossom.
Mums and grandmas get a free ticket onboard the railway, which takes passengers through the woodland, with a chance to see some wildlife.
On the way, families can fill out an activity sheet and look out for teddy bears.
Children can visit the adventure playground and food and drink is available from the Woodland Café, including hot chocolate, pizza and cakes.
Amanda Murray, owner of Audley End Miniature Railway, said: "We are so excited about 2024, our 60th year!
"We know from our visitors that Audley End Miniature Railway plays a part in precious memory making for families, and Mother’s Day is the perfect opportunity to spoil mothers and grandmothers with a free ticket and spend a day out together in our enchanted ancient woodland setting."
Tickets for children and adults (excluding mums and grandmas) cost £12, while tickets for children under 92cm tall cost £6 and babies under one and carers go free.
Ticket prices include a train ride and access to the adventure play area. You can also book autism and SEN-friendly sessions.

Attendees are asked to arrive 30 minutes before their train ride.
