Members of the Onyx Tribe CrossFit gym wanted to raise as much money for the Magpas Air Ambulance charity as possible back in November 2023.
The Huntingdon gym decided to take on a fitness challenge to fundraise for Magpas.
On November 10, 2023, members of the Onyx Tribe CrossFit gym completed 48 workouts in 24 hours.
The gym's fundraiser target for the Magpas Air Ambulance charity was initially £3,000, the average cost per activation of the air ambulance.
However, the Huntingdon gym managed to fundraise £6,274.53 from 184 donations.

Co-owners of the gym, Richard and Kirsty Harris, said: "It was an incredible experience when the final rep was completed and we all realised what we'd undertaken.
"Without the support of our tribe (members) and the local community, we would not have been able to achieve this.
"We are so lucky and grateful to have had such incredible people on hand to keep us (and themselves) going throughout the “graveyard” hours of 0:00 – 5:00.
"We’re so thankful for all the amazing work Magpas Air Ambulance continue to provide to East Anglia and beyond.”
