Three female colleagues get revenge on their boss as Dolly Parton's award-winning musical 9 to 5 heads to Cambridge Arts Theatre.

The musical, performed by Cambridge Operatic Society, tells the story of Violet, Doralee and Judy, who are sick and tired of their egotistical boss and sexist workplace.

They find themselves fantasising about revenge, but their plans soon turn awry - with hilarious results.

Will they succeed in obliterating the misogyny so deeply rooted in their careers? Or will they remain stuck in their dead-end 9 to 5s?

The musical will be staged at Cambridge Arts Theatre from Wednesday, January 17 to Saturday, January 20.

Performances take place at 7.30pm, with 2.30pm matinées on the Thursday and Saturday.

Tickets are available from www.cambridgeartstheatre.com or by calling the box office on 01223 503333.

Prices range from £20 to £35, and all ticket prices include a £3 booking fee.
