A woman has been banned from St Ives and given an exclusion curfew from Huntingdon town centre for five years.
Emma Coppolaro, of Payne Road, Sawtry, was handed a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) at Huntingdon Magistrates’ Court on Friday December 15.
The CBO states that the 44-year-old, who also goes by the surname of Dymoke, must not:
- Enter St Ives
- Enter the area of Lammas Gardens or any property within Lammas Gardens in Huntingdon
- Enter Huntingdon town centre between 8am and 8pm except for prearranged or agreed appointments
- Enter Huntingdon bus station at any time.
The CBO follows a conviction for assault occasioning actual bodily harm and assault by beating on August 7 in Sheep Market, St Ives, where she assaulted a shop worker.
At the same court on Friday she was given an 18 month Community Order with a 30 day Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and a nine month drug rehabilitation requirement.
PC Janine Hagger said: “We hope this order will provide some respite to businesses and individuals in the areas. Any breaches of the CBO will be dealt with robustly.”
