There was plenty of seasonal fun at Eaton Socon Cricket Club on Sunday - despite some heavy downpours.
The club held its first Christmas Market at the Terry Day Cricket Ground and visitors were able to enjoy a huge array of stalls, which included crafts and gifts, food and drink and raffles and tombolas.
There was also a Santa's grotto, and children were able to enjoy spending time with Frozen characters 'Anna' and 'Elsa' and also 'Spiderman'.
A spokesperson of the cricket club said: "It was a fabulous day filled with amazing Christmas spirit despite the weather conditions.
"We want to thank all the vendors and Limelight Entertainment for creating such a brilliant atmosphere.
"The tremendous grotto was the star of the show. Although the weather was not on our side, the snow shower got the reception you'd expect.
"The team at Eaton Socon Cricket Club would like to thank everyone who attended and all those who helped to make the event such as success.
"A special 'thank you' must go to Andrew and Mel Goodey as without them, this extraordinary day would not have been possible. We hope to see you all next year, bigger and better. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year."
