Hundreds of unwanted tools were donated during a tool collection day in Huntingdonshire to be cleaned up and sent to third-world countries in need.
Members of Impact by the Rotary Club of St Neots staged the collection for Tools with a Mission (TWAM) on October 28 in the Scout Hall on Bedford Street.
Impact chair Martin West reported a "successful day" with a van full of tools being taken to be renovated and serviced up by TWAM, who will "bring them back to life" for onward use.
A spokesperson for Impact said: "On Monday [October 30], they will be delivered to TWAM to start their onward journey to Africa to kick start a new business."
Wrenches, spanners, hammers and more were collected on the day, which will help "change someone's life in their third-world destination", giving TWAM the tools to help start people off in business to support their families and communities.
