The cause of a car fire on the A14 near Brampton yesterday afternoon (Thursday, October 12), has been confirmed.
A crew from Huntingdon was called to the fire at 1:01pm.
A spokesperson for Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “Wearing breathing apparatus firefighters used a hose reel to extinguish the car fire before returning to their station by 2.10pm.
“The cause of the fire was accidental.”
