St Ives Rugby Club bounced back from their opening day defeat in spectacular fashion as winger Albiee Tayedzerwa scored a hat-trick to help the Bulls to a 77-3 win against Luton RFC.
Despite a shaky start, the attack clicked and found its rhythm as the rampant Bulls ran in 11 converted tries in sweltering conditions.
The visitors started well, converting a penalty in the first two minutes to go 3-0 ahead before launching several waves of attack at the St Ives defence.
St Ives repelled wave after wave of attack, and immediately after the necessary water break, debutant Will Sutton at scrum half benefited from a great Tayedzerwa run to score.

Ives began to pick up the pace of the game, and Sutton bolted over for a second, with Joe Cox and Alex Henly also crossing the whitewash to score.
Sutton converted all four, meaning the Bulls led 28-3 at the break.
Although suffering a couple of injuries, Luton had no answer to St Ives' strong running and good hands.
Tayedzerwa soon scored his first try from an overlap, and Paul Ashbridge spotted a gap and galloped through to score under the posts to make it 42-3.
Tayedzerwa tiptoed down the touchline for his second, with Ollie Raine adding another before John Paxton was shown a red card after he took out his frustrations on a Luton player.
Down to 14, Ives continued to play at pace and scored three more tries in the last ten minutes to seal a first win of the season in the Counites 2 Midlands East (South).

Head Coach Paul Humphreys said: "The opening 15 minutes had me concerned. Luton were up for the game, had us on the back foot and had the upper hand at scrum time.
"Then we seemed to find our feet. We started to dominate the game, our forwards started to run powerfully. The backs then had space to canvas their skills, a marked improvement from last week.
"The boys showed what they can do, and the real St Ives turned up!
