A Godmanchester-based artist is hosting his first solo exhibition which highlights points of interest in the town.
The exhibition, entitled 'Where I am Now' is at The Commemoration Hall, in Huntingdon, and runs until September 15.
Artist Davy Podmore has been creating prints of buildings he says he found interesting in Godmanchester and the works includes linoprints of buildings in the town, including Island Hall.
"Over the last two years, I have been creating prints of buildings I find interesting in Godmanchester.
"I have done one a month and have built up quite a collection. As it was approaching my 50th birthday, and after taking part in many group shows during my career, I felt it was time for my own exhibition.
"'Where I am Now' is a celebration of where I am after 50 years both artistically and physically. The prints are a representation of Godmanchester homes, community buildings and points of interest."
Davy says he has been living in Godmanchester for a number of years and has been inspired by the quirky buildings that surround him.
