A man will appear in court today charged with several driving and drug-related offences after a police pursuit ended with his car crashing into a tree.
The Huntingdon neighbourhood police team followed Michael Ledlie, of Almond Road, Dogsthorpe, Peterborough, on a pursuit through Huntingon, Great Stukeley and Little Stukeley before his vehicle crashed in Alconbury.
The 26-year-old was then arrested in Ermine Road, at about 12.30pm on Tuesday (July 11).
He has since been charged with possession with intent to supply cannabis and crack cocaine, driving without a licence, driving without insurance and dangerous driving.
He is due to appear at Huntingdon Magistrates' Court today (Thursday July 13).
