Can you spot yourself or someone you know in our archives photos?

This week, we look back at a gardening show in St Neots, a pancake race in Fen Drayton, a carnival in Bluntisham and Colne, as well as two royal visits and a former prime minister.

The Hunts Post has been reporting from the Huntingdonshire community for more than 125 years and in a new feature launched this week, we have dug out some of the old photos that illustrate our close connection with people in the area.

Reporters and photographers have covered hundreds of thousands of news events over the years. This includes those huge breaking news stories, council meetings, royal visits and court and crime.

But, by far, most of our photographic library is about you, our readers, and we want to celebrate that and hopefully bring back some memories.

Let us know if you spot yourself or someone you know, or you can tell us more about the history of a photo. You can also comment on the Facebook post.
