Rail passengers in Cambridgeshire are urged to check before they travel as strike action takes place today [Thursday].
The strikes, taken by the Rail, Maritime and Transport [RMT] union, come amid a dispute over issues including pay and working conditions.
Some key roads are also closed as motorists could also face disruption.

Great Northern
Trains from London King’s Cross will finish earlier than usual due to strike action.
The last service to Ely is at 3.27pm, 5:28pm to Cambridge [stopping service] and 5.16pm to Peterborough.
Commuters are advised to check before they travel.

Greater Anglia
There will be a reduced service on a limited number of routes between 7am and 11pm, with trains starting later and finishing earlier than usual.

Two-way signals are in place on Soham Road due to roadworks.
A10 - Waterbeach
Temporary traffic lights are in place near the junction with Denny End Road.
Motorists should expect delays.
A1101 Welney Wash Road - Welney
Motorists are advised to find an alternative route due to flooding.
Forty Foot Bank - Chatteris to Ramsey
The road is closed due to carriageway repairs.
Wellington Street - Littleport
The road will be closed both ways to all motor vehicles until March 17 due to works by Anglian Water.
Elliott Road - March
The road is closed both ways to all motor vehicles until March 17 due to works by Anglian Water.
A605 Eastrea Road – Whittlesey
The road is closed both ways to all motor vehicles from today [March 16] until March 19 between the hours of 8pm and 5am nightly for works.
A1101 Wisbech Road - Littleport
The road will be closed both ways to all motor vehicles until March 19 due to works by Anglian Water.
East Street - St Ives
The road is closed to all motor vehicles until March 20 between 6pm and 6am due to works by Openreach.
B1041 Great North Road - Little Paxton
The road will be closed both ways to all motor vehicles until March 20 between 9pm and 5am nightly due to works by National Highways.
West Fen Road – Coveney
This road is closed for emergency works after a culvert collapsed underneath the road.
A diversion is in place and works are due to be completed by March 21.
East Street – Kimbolton
The road will be closed both ways to all motor vehicles between March 20-22 due to works by Anglian Water.
A1101 North End and Leverington Road – Wisbech
The road is closed [Sundays only] both ways to all motor vehicles overnight until March 27 between 6pm and 6am for works.
Beche Road - Cambridge
Closed to all motor vehicles until March 28 due to works by UK Power Networks.
A1101 Mildenhall Road - Littleport
The road will be closed to all motor vehicles until April 7 for works.
Broad Street – March
The road will be closed to all motor vehicles until April 28 between 8am and 6pm daily, weekdays only, due to works by Cadent Gas.
Storey's Way - Cambridge
Closed both ways to all motor vehicles until April 28 for works.
Church Road - Buckworth
Closed both ways to all motor vehicles until May 16 due to works by Anglian Water.
