Godmanchester Town Council invites residents to its annual Christmas Market and Xmas Lights Switch-on for festive fun and cheer.
The event kicks off its evening of entertainment on December 2 at 5pm with the mayor, Cllr Richard Taplin, on stage switching the lights on at the Queen Elizabeth School by the Chinese Bridge.
The market will then open from 5.15pm to 8pm with an assortment of Christmas gifts and decorations, jewellery, cuddly toys, community stalls and much more on offer.
Market stalls will be available outside on the car park, and some will even be indoors.
Father Christmas will also be coming to town and can be found in his grotto, which will complement the 25 wonderful market stalls on show.
Godmanchester Town Council Clerk said: "Grab the perfect gift for loved ones, have a drink and enjoy music from local schools."
There will be live music, dancing and choir singing on stage to keep the crowds entertained and get everyone into the Christmas spirit.
The lives acts include Colman's Creative Academy, St Anne's Choir, Combined Churches at Christmas and the Hinchingbrooke Community Choir.
