MONICA ANN BOOTH (Berwick upon Tweed, formerly Needingworth) Peacefully surrounded by family at Borders General Hospital, Melrose, on 18th August 2024, Monica, dearly beloved wife of the late Maurice, loving mum, nana/grandma and great grandma/nana bumps. A private cremation will take place on Thursday 5th September at Borders Crematorium, Melrose. Donations in memory of Monica may be sent to the British Heart Foundation.

I remember Monica well, she lived next door to my parents in Needingworth. The kindest lady, always smiling and friendly. Rest in peace Monica. Sending your family thoughts and prayers xxx

Monica was a kind and positive lady we lived next door to her in Overcote Lane.
She always made me smile whenever I talked to her RIP lovely lady reunited with your husband Maurice.

Monica will be missed. Not to forget , she was a life long and founder member of the Needingwoth Tennis Club.

I am sorry to hear of the loss of Monica. The Johnson family lived opposite the Booth family in the High Street in Needingworth for many years. I have very fond memories of a very kind person, (I bab ysat for Andrew and Geoffrey). My kindest regards to you all. Charlotte Chapman (nee Johnson)
