JEAN RITCHIE Peacefully in County Durham, on the 23rd March 2023, Jean, aged 94 years. Dearly loved by her family, Alan, Lesley, Clifford, Marie, Joan and Linda. Jean will be remembered for her work as deputy head teacher at Longsands school in St Neots. Jean spoke very fondly about her career and her friends in St Neots, as well as her childhood in her native North East. She will be deeply missed by all her family and friends. Would friends and family please meet for service on Wednesday the 12th April, 2:30pm at Durham Crematorium. Family flowers only please. All enquiries to Derek Moss Funeral Directors 0191 385 59 59

I remember Miss Richie from my school days. She used to stand by the teachers corridor to make sure we were all behaving ourselves on our way to the next class. RIP ❤️
