PHILIP RUSSELL FOX 'PHIL' From Ramsey, passed away peacefully on Tuesday 14th February 2023. Aged 78 years. A much loved and very special friend to many. The funeral service will take place at Peterborough City Crematorium on Friday 17th March 2023 at 12:30.
