STANLEY 'STAN' WALTER HOLMES Passed away peacefully at his home on 31st July, aged 97. Stan, originally from Herefordshire, will be greatly missed by his wife Pam, daughters Joanne, Susan, Sara and Rebecca, and his grandchildren Michael, Catriona, Caitlin, Louis, Victor and Sidney. Stan lived a long, full and inspirational life, including a long career in the Met Office, and was dearly loved and admired by all those who knew him. There will be a private cremation service for close family, with a service to celebrate Stan's life at St Thomas à Becket Church in Ramsey in the autumn.
