formerly of Model Farm, Grafham, aged 73. Sadly passed away on Monday 25th May 2020 in Perth, Australia. Much loved husband to Linda, beloved father to Dan and Maxine and grandpa to Helena, Rowley, Joseph and Harry. Jamie will be sadly missed by his family and many friends. Family have requested donations (if desired) to Woodlands - NWANHSFT Hinchingbrooke charity, on reverse of cheque to Hope/Oncology 5402 JAMES HART (JAMIE)
