Ray sadly passed away suddenly at Royal Papworth Hospital after a short but hard fought illness on Wednesday 4th August, 2021, aged 82. He was the much loved husband of Joan, father to Debbie and Kevin, grandfather to Rachael, Jake, Alex and Nicole and great great grandfather to Alex, Mia, Aidan and Amelia. Ray was kind, strong, loving, funny and charismatic and will be so missed by all who loved and knew him. Ray's friends are welcome to attend the funeral at West Chapel, Cambridge Crematorium on Friday 20th August at 12 noon. No flowers please but donations would be welcome to Royal Papworth Hospital.
